The AMSS places great importance on the health and wellbeing of all of their members and strive for us all to remember that this should be the first priority throughout university and beyond.  Destress, socialise and educate yourself on a healthy lifestyle and prevention of distress as we nurture positive thinking through the AMSS Health and Wellbeing Week.
