It can often seem as though Med School is all about textbooks, lectures, tutes and reduced sleep, making it hard to find the perfect study-play balance, but the truth of the matter is that there is so much more to Uni life. And the AMSS is here to help you discover these other events, publications and resources to ensure you exercise not just your academic mind, but your body and mental health too. Whilst you are the only one who knows what works for you, the list below outlines a few of the events offered by the AMSS along with a range of resouurces that have been of help to others in the past - maybe they will be of help to you too!
