A range of workshops, panels, and interactive sessions designed to support your learning, skill development, and professional growth throughout medical school. From practical clinical skills to career insights, these events are for students of all years looking to learn, connect, and prepare for the future.

Curious about life after medical school and internship? Wondering which path in medicine is right for you?
This event is your chance to find out! New in 2026 is the AMSS Careers Conference: connect with a variety of doctors, from registrars to consultants, across both clinical and non-clinical fields.
We plan on hosting a tradeshow and an interactive panel, providing you the opportunity to ask the people working in the field your burning questions. Learn about training programs, specialty pathways, tips for success, and the real-world challenges and rewards of different careers. Many of our speakers will be doctors who have recently navigated the system themselves, giving you the inside scoop.
Tentative Date: Saturday, 15 August 2026 (daytime)

Dive into taboo and emerging topics in medicine!
